wrapping up the sailing season Great Lakes 2022

upon haul out the bottom paint appears good for another year.
the weather turned so cold I didn't get time to remove the rudder but did check the bottom for play and know it's in the column bearings or shims or something of that nature is my thought comments would be appreciated from video of it.  the reason I haven't answered any posts in the bristol community is I figured I would do it all at once and ask for questions later when I drop the rudder down and install the new pi board and navigation software in the spring with arduino controller board for the linear motor to the tiller arm.
this year the Bristol 27 put on 932 miles as per open cpn navigation software this is just up and down the east side of lake huron the saginaw bay anchoring many places and spending days eating and sleeping on the water.
my plans for the spring are to get the rudder to stop vibrating, work on some of the paint on the top deck, remove hand rails instruments, and fill the holes in to prevent leakage. All these instruments can be replaced with open cpn with wireless software android devices and more.
currently all year long the only water in the bilge is a couple coffee cups full still haven't found the leak.
I installed a 800 gph small pump on a manual switch connected to a old garden hose to the transom output that really isn't needed but it made me feel safer knowing if I spring a leak I don't have to hand pump it all.
my plan is to pair two of them up to a T fitting so if one fails the other one will be backup.
its a old boat built in 1971 but it's a beautiful peaceful and quite experience for me.
the motor has only been run a few times and is very dependable most time I only use it to back off the slip and get into the slip the rest is all sails.   being a novice I had to try to sail to the dock and have achieved it with just the head sail alone except I didn't lower it fast enough and came into the slip hot nascar penalty to the bow ding.
as you notice I call it a bristol 27 when actually the measurements on the title are 26.9 I looked for the hull number in the transom and on the main sail with no luck.
I also purchased a large radar unit way to big for the boat more for a freighter or tug boat.
plan is to get it working in the garage this winter and find out who wants it for the same price I gave.
also am looking for a sailboat cradle or trailer this year that will tote the 27 with a 3/4 ton pickup so I can drag it anywhere in the country and work on it upon future relocation inevitable.
below are my final sailing trip and haul out videos in case anyone wants to comment on the rudder play bottom paint or anything else they see which I have no experience at yet but will.
Thanks, Phillip Wymer Ka8pog en73xt grid square for amateur and military use.

bottom paint rudder inspection

is anyone familiar with this type of rudder set up and open cpn software and programming the Arduino board Ill be on it this winter. currently, I've tried several versions of head and headless installs on the raspberry pi and have a sense hat for temp humidity and gyro plugged directly into the pi board the cheap GPS also works plugged into the USB port its as far as I got this year.   I also ordered a motor controller board without reading the documents pypilot is Arduino controller board specific.   I have an old-school tiller motor that came with the boat the motor works but the internal circuitry is fried.

any feedback is appreciated thanks.
